Beef and Lobster
Poached beef tenderloin, combined with pan-fried lobster is a signature dish in the menu that the restaurant would like to offer to diners.

For carrot mashed

For beef

Beef Fillet 1000.0 g

For Lobser

Lobster - cut haft- boiled 800.0 g

Mango, diced 100.0 g

Horseradish sauce 20.0 g

Potato chips 40.0 g

Mix herbs 40.0 g

Stir mushroom 10.0 g

Wasabi 5.0 g

Thyme 2.0 g
Preparation

For carrot mashed
- Cook carrot until soft, then add in thyme and Knorr Chicken Powder.

For beef
- Marinade beef evenly and sous videunder 58 degrees for 45 mins.
- Grill each side with butter.

For Lobser
- Boil lobster with vegetable, Knorr White Sauce for 5-7 mins, then cut half.
- Mix mayonnaise, wasabi, Knorr Aromat and put on the top.
- Bake for 3-5 mins until golden colour, add in some mango to finish.
- Ganish with some sauce andpotato chips.
