Preparation

  1. For carrot mashed

    • Cook carrot until soft, then add in thyme and Knorr Chicken Powder.
  2. For beef

    • Marinade beef evenly and sous videunder 58 degrees for 45 mins.
    • Grill each side with butter.
  3. For Lobser

    • Boil lobster with vegetable, Knorr White Sauce for 5-7 mins, then cut half.
    • Mix mayonnaise, wasabi, Knorr Aromat and put on the top.
    • Bake for 3-5 mins until golden colour, add in some mango to finish.
    • Ganish with some sauce andpotato chips.
