Brown Sauce

Serving

  • Carrots (cut into cubes) and boiled 200 g
  • Potatoes cut into cubes and boiled 300 g
  • Coriander 100 g
  1. Advanced Preparation

    • Marinated Beef with KNORR Chicken Powder, KNORR Tomatoes Sauce, ragu powder, scalet for 1 hour.
  2. Brown Sauce

    • Add KNORR Demi Glace Sauce to the water, stirring until water is boiled in about 3 minutes.
    • Stir fry onion, add beef for well done, add water into the brown sauce mixture, then seasoning with KNORR chicken powder, low cooked until cooked.
  3. Serving

    • Before serving, add boiled potatoes, carrots in the casserole pot, add butter for aroma.
    • Decorate with coriander. Serve hot with bread or rice.
