Prepare Salad Ingredients

  • Whole Seabass fish 1.2 kg
  • Knorr Cornstarch 1kg 150.0 g
  • Soybean Oil 30.0 g
  1. Cooking

    • Heat sauce pan inmedium heat.
    • Add soybean oil, garlics, shallots, and red chillies. Stir fry until fragrance.
    • Add Knorr Oyster Sauce, Knorr Tomato Ketchup, Knorr Seafood Seasoning Powder, fish sauce, sugar and some water. Continue to cook until it is boiling and thick. Turn of the heat, set aside.
  2. Prepare Salad Ingredients

    • Coat seabass fish with Knorr Cornstarch.
    • Deep-fry until fish turn golden brown. Take out and drain excess oil.
  3. Serve

    • Plate the dish by placing the fish bone at the bottom of dish. Arrange the fish meat on top and pour sweet chilli sauce over. Decorate with fried Thai basil and chillies.
