Ginger Date Iced Tea
Ginger adds a nice contrast in flavour to the sweet date-based tea.

Ingredients
Tea

Hot Water 150.0 ml

Date Syrup 12.0 g

Sugar Syrup 6.0 g

Young Ginger, grated 5.0 g

Dates, sliced 10.0 g

Lipton Yellow Label Tea envelope 100X2g 1.0 bag
Assembly

Ice cubes 1.0 cup

Few Sprigs of Mint Leaves
Preparation

Tea
- Steep Lipton Yellow Label teabag in hot water for 5 minutes then leave to cool.
- Divide the date syrup, sugar syrup, grated ginger and sliced dates into 2 glasses.

Assembly
- Pour in the tea and stir well.
- Top up with ice cubes and mint leaves just before serving.
