Make the dipping sauce

  1. Make Marinade sauce

    • Mixed all ingredients until sugar dissolve.
    • Marinatesteak pieces with Thai sauce, black pepper, turmeric powder and finely chopped herbs.
    • Keepin refrigerator for at least 15 mins.
  2. Make the dipping sauce

    • Boil tamarind juice with palm sugar, fish sauce and Knorr Lime Powder. Mix well until the sugar has dissolve.
    • Add coriander, saw blade coriander, spring onion, shallot, chilli flakes and ground roasted sticky rice.
  3. Serving

    • Grill steak until it is medium rare.
    • Serve with deep fried potato wedges, dipping sauce and salad leaves.
