Grilled Australian Striploin

Make Marinade sauce

Australian Striploin steak 400.0 g

Fish Sauce 5.0 g

Sugar 5.0 g

Black pepper 1.0 g

Turmeric powder 1.0 g

Galangal 1.5 g

Lemongrass 1.5 g

Shallot 1.5 g

Garlic 3.0 g

Corainder roots 3.0 g

Vegetable Oil 10.0 ml

Water 15.0 g
Make the dipping sauce
-
Tamarind Juice 20.0 g
-
Palm sugar 10.0 g
-
Fish Sauce 10.0 g
Preparation

Make Marinade sauce
- Mixed all ingredients until sugar dissolve.
- Marinatesteak pieces with Thai sauce, black pepper, turmeric powder and finely chopped herbs.
- Keepin refrigerator for at least 15 mins.

Make the dipping sauce
- Boil tamarind juice with palm sugar, fish sauce and Knorr Lime Powder. Mix well until the sugar has dissolve.
- Add coriander, saw blade coriander, spring onion, shallot, chilli flakes and ground roasted sticky rice.

Serving
- Grill steak until it is medium rare.
- Serve with deep fried potato wedges, dipping sauce and salad leaves.
