  1. Dipping Fish Sauce Mixture

    • Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Mixture Seasoning

    • Mix all ingredients together.
  3. Making

    • Marinate beef with the mixture seasoning, then grill the beef.
    • Combine dipping fish sauce mixture with pennywort and fried garlic in a bowl. Place the salad on a plate.
  4. Food Presentation

    • Place grilled beef and chilli peppers on top of the salad.
