  • Chestnut 100 g
  • Hot Sauce 20 g
  • Dipping Fish Sauce Mixture (2 Parts Sugar : 1 Part Fish Sauce) 50 g
  • Garlic, ground 20 g

  • Chestnut Sauce 35 g
  • Peppers, cubed 50 g
  • Onions, cubed 50 g
  • Celery, cross cut 30 g
  • Chilli Peppers, peeled, julienned 20 g
  • Chestnut 20 g
  1. Chestnut Sauce

    • Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Making

    • Marinate chicken wings with Knorr Chicken Powder, and take to grill.
    • Chestnut Sauce: mince dipping fish sauce mixture with chestnut, hot sauce, ground garlic.
  3. Food Presentation

    • Place the grilled chicken wings on a plate and stir sprinkle chestnut sauce so sprinkles rise to the top. This can be served with chestnut and stir fry mix vegetables.
