  • Hot Water 1.0 l
  • Chia seeds 30.0 g
  • Hibiscus Flower 30.0 g

Step 2: Making

  • Tea Base 100.0 ml
  • Hibiscus juice 40.0 ml
  • Sugar water 50.0 ml
  • Wet chia seeds 50.0 g
  • Ice cubes 200.0 g

Preparation

  1. Step 1: Preparation

    • Tea Base: Brew 2 tea bag (12g) in 1 Lit hot water in 15 min, then take tea bag out of liquid
    • Chia Seeds: Brew 30g chia seeds in 500 ml water in 20 min
    • Hibiscus Flower: Brew 30g in 500 ml water in 20 min
  2. Step 2: Making

    Mix 100ml tea base, 40ml Hibiscus Juice, sugar water, chia seeds, fill with ice and serve.
