Tea Base 100 ml

Hibiscus juice 40 ml

Sugar water 50 ml

Ice cubes 200 g
Preparation

Step 1: Preparation
- Tea Base: Brew 2 tea bag (12g) in 1 Lit hot water in 15 min, then take tea bag out of liquid
- Chia Seeds: Brew 30g chia seeds in 500 ml water in 20 min
- Hibiscus Flower: Brew 30g in 500 ml water in 20 min

- Mix 100ml tea base, 40ml Hibiscus Juice, sugar water, chia seeds, fill with ice and serve.
