  1. Advanced preparation

    • Prepare chicken, then marinate with 10gr Knorr Chicken Powder and soya sauce, then fry it in boiled oil
    • Wash White wood-ear mushroom with fresh water, decorate on plate
    • Boil shiitake until being soft
  2. Cooking

    • Steam chicken with shiitake, garlic, fried red onion, ginger, pepper, green chili. Then add 30 gr Knorr Chicken Broth Paste into 1 liter of water with 1 liter of coconut water. Seasoning with soya sauce, sugar and Knorr Chicken Powder to have meaty taste.
    • Steam in 10 minutes
  3. Serving

    • Tear the chicken and serve with mushroom, egg noodles
