  1. Advanced preparation

    • Wash crab with fresh water, then grind into small pieces, then sieve to have 1,5 liter of crab liquid
    • Crash a tofu with egg, then add to crab liquid
    • Cut the other tofu into cube, deep fry
    • Slice beef and Rib Cartilage
  2. Cooking

    • Stir-fry chopped red onion, add tomatoes and fry together with scarlet and oil
    • Boil crab liquid on low heat and seasoning with Knorr Seafood Powder, then add mixture of tofu, egg to make crab layer, then take it out.
    • Seasoning the fried tomatoes with Knorr Pork Broth Base Paste and sugar
  3. Serving

    • Serve crab hotpot with beef and rib cartilage, bean sprout, spinach, banana flower, water mimosa, water spinach and herb with noodles
