Advanced preparation
- Wash crab with fresh water, then grind into small pieces, then sieve to have 1,5 liter of crab liquid
- Crash a tofu with egg, then add to crab liquid
- Cut the other tofu into cube, deep fry
- Slice beef and Rib Cartilage

Cooking
- Stir-fry chopped red onion, add tomatoes and fry together with scarlet and oil
- Boil crab liquid on low heat and seasoning with Knorr Seafood Powder, then add mixture of tofu, egg to make crab layer, then take it out.
- Seasoning the fried tomatoes with Knorr Pork Broth Base Paste and sugar
