Crab Soup with Pesto
The great combination of strong taste of pesto and the sweetness of crab definitely boost your appetite

Ingredients
Pesto sauce

Coriander 100 g

Cashew nuts 40 g

Parmesan cheese 40 g

Olive Oil 100 g

Sugar 5 g
For Soup

Crab meat 200 g
-
Boro 50 g
-
Thyme 2 g
-
Knorr White Sauce Mix 850g 200 ml

Pepper 2 g
-
Water 200 ml
-
Lemongrass 20 g
-
Star anise 1 g
-
Cream 50 ml

Butter 20 g
Serve
-
Garlic bread 4 pc
Preparation

Pesto sauce
- Add in all ingredients and blend until smooth.

For Soup
- Sauté boro with some butter and potato for 10 mins until it becomes soft.
- Add star anise, lemongrass and water. Stir well.
- Poached crab meat with Knorr White Sauce for a few minutes.

Serve
- When serving, add pesto sauce, garlic bread and crab meat on the top.
