Pesto sauce

For Soup

  • Crab meat 200.0 g
  • Boro 50.0 g
  • Thyme 2.0 g
  • Knorr White Sauce Mix 850g 200.0 ml
  • Knorr Aromat Seasoning Powder 1kg 10.0 g
  • Pepper 2.0 g
  • Water 200.0 ml
  • Lemongrass 20.0 g
  • Star anise 1.0 g
  • Cream 50.0 ml
  • Butter 20.0 g

Serve

  • Garlic bread 4.0 pc
  1. Pesto sauce

    • Add in all ingredients and blend until smooth.
  2. For Soup

    • Sauté boro with some butter and potato for 10 mins until it becomes soft.
    • Add star anise, lemongrass and water. Stir well.
    • Poached crab meat with Knorr White Sauce for a few minutes.
  3. Serve

    • When serving, add pesto sauce, garlic bread and crab meat on the top.
