    • Dice the green mango, thinly slice the starfruit, young banana, and eggplant. After cutting, soak everything in a bit of Knorr lime powder and cold ice water.
    • Wash the remaining ingredients and let them drain well.
  2. Prepare sauce

    • Heat a pan with a bit of oil, sauté the lemongrass, chili, and garlic until fragrant. Add the fermented shrimp paste and pineapple juice, stir well until aromatic, then add the remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, and season to taste.
  3. Boiled beef

    • Put everything into a pot and boil over low heat until the beef is tender. Take it out, let it cool, then finely mince it and mix with oil and seasoning.
