Preparation

  1. Rice paper

    • Use cooking oil to fry rice paper until crispy and crumble
  2. Salt mix

    • Grill the dried shrimp until fragrant and golden brown, mix with spices and grind to make mixed salt.
  3. Sweet chili

    • Chili pepper remove seeds and grind until fragrant and add sugar then add water and chili sauce, add a little chicken powder
  4. Food display

    • Add the fried rice paper with all the prepared ingredients, add a little chili sauce to mix. Then sprinkle salt and mix together.
