  1. Advanced preparation

    • Wash bean sprout, green chives with fresh water. Chop scallion and celery. Mince garlic
    • Boil pork, pig liver, pig heart with chopped scallion, celery, onion. Boil prawn.
    • Drill dried squid, then put in a bowl with dried prawn
  2. Cooking

    • Boil 5l of water, seasoning and add Knorr Pork Broth Base for a perfect broth
    • Add onion, dried squid, dried prawn, pickled radish, tunish, pork, boiled pig heart, liver into boiled water until cooked
  3. Serving

    • Place the pan on the stove, boil oil and stir-fry garlic for the aroma, then add the ground pork and grind it until the pork cooked and seasonfor a perfect taste
    • Stir-fry minced garlic to mix with rice noodle
    • Boil rice noodles and serving with pork, dried squid, liver, prawn,... with fried garlic, chopped scallion on top
    • Serving with boiled soup/ broth and vegetable (bean sprout, celery, green chives,..)
