Preparation

  1. Salad

    • Peel shrimp and marinate with Knorr seafood powder and black pepper. Grill or sear until fully cooked and lightly charred.
    • Slice strawberries in half. Sprinkle one side with white chocolate, leave the other untouched for garnish.
    • Cut watermelon into cubes. Grill half with parsley until lightly browned; keep the rest fresh.
    • Cube half of the avocado, slice the rest thinly for plating.
  2. Dressing

    • Blend creamed corn with sugar, salt, and lime powder. Strain for a smooth texture.
    • Whisk mayonnaise with a hand mixer while slowly adding melted butter until thick and creamy.
  3. Plate the salad

    • Arrange fruits and shrimp around the plate. Pour corn sauce in the center. Top with grated white chocolate and Parmesan for extra richness.
