Spicy Prawns and Winged Bean Salad
Winged bean, a popular vegatable with full of nutrition such as acid amin, canxi is a great source of ingredients for a healthful meal.

Ingredients
Make a Spicy dressing:

Wiged bean (Cut in to 1 cm" thick) 120.0 g

Fish sauce (Red Cap) 400.0 g

Prepare Salad Ingredients

Prawns (Peeled, and deveined) boiling to cooked 5.0 pc

Minced Pork 50.0 g

Sliced shallot 15.0 g

Roasted Coconut Flakes 15.0 g

Roasted Peanuts, Crushed 15.0 g

Fried Garlic 3.0 g

Fried shallots 3.0 g

Fried dry chili 3.0 g

Coconut milk 20.0 g

Preparation

Make a Spicy dressing:
- Boil water in a pot. Add salt and blanch winged bean for 2 mins. Remove winged beans and leave it in cold water to make it crunchy.
- Combined all ingredients into the blender and blend untill the garlic is fine. Set aside or keep refrigerated.

Prepare Salad Ingredients
- Ina mixing bowl, combine prawns, minced pork, winged beans and all the rest ingredients together then add in the Spicy dressing.

Serve
- Serve the salad with salad leaves, hard boiled egg and decorate with fried dry chillies.
