Advanced preparation
- Wash clams with fresh water
- Chop/slice lemongrass
- Slice chilli, wash lime leaves with fresh water

Cooking
- Add clam, sliced lemongrass, lime leaves, sliced chili, chili hot sauce and Knorr Tom Yam Broth Base into the pot with 250-350ml water
- Boil in 5 minutes or until clams cooked

- Serve the clam pot with sweet-sour fish sauce
