  1. Advanced preparation

    • Wash clams with fresh water
    • Chop/slice lemongrass
    • Slice chilli, wash lime leaves with fresh water
  2. Cooking

    • Add clam, sliced lemongrass, lime leaves, sliced chili, chili hot sauce and Knorr Tom Yam Broth Base into the pot with 250-350ml water
    • Boil in 5 minutes or until clams cooked
  3. Serving

    • Serve the clam pot with sweet-sour fish sauce
