Braised Fish Maw with Crab Meat Soup
This is a typical Chinese dish - a perfecr combination of fish maw, crab meat flavours and Knorr Concentrated Chicken Liquid Seasoning

Chicken egg whites 30.0 g

Garlic, sliced 5.0 g

Chinese wine 5.0 ml

Coriander, chopped 5.0 g

Water mixed with cornstarch 20.0 ml

- Soak fish maw until soft and wash, scald in boiling water with ginger, spring onion and wine, remove and rinse, squeeze out water and finely slice.
- Heat up 1 tea spoon of oil, stir fry garlic until fragrant and discard, sizzle wine, pour in water and bring to the boil, add fish maw, crab meat and Knorr Chicken Powder, Pepper Powder, Knorr Concentrated Chicken Powder and mix well.
- Thicken with Knorr Cornstarch. Pour in the egg liquid by stirring the soup very quickly to create "egg flower petals".
- Sprinkle with coriander and serve.
