Making the filling

  • Mix Lady's Choice Real Mayonnaise, yuzu juice, tarragon, lemon zest in a large bowl and add seasoning.
  • Mix the pasteurised crab meat, salmon roe and pine nuts into the mixture above.

Preparing the bread
