    • Mix Knorr Demi Glace Brown Sauce in water.
  3. Orange and Ginger Sauce

    • For Orange and Ginger Sauce: Put and stir the Knorr Demi Glace Brown Sauce Mixture, and let it boil. Combine orange and ginger sauce, orange juice into this mixture, season the sauce to taste.
  4. Food Presentation

    • Place the baked duck breast on a plate and spoon a little of the Orange and Ginger Sauce just over the meat. This can be served with fried mixed vegetables and mashed potato.
